You will always be the direct point of contact for your client, since they won't actually know that D9 Hosting exists. We do however provide technical support directly to you (the owner of the reseller account), so if any of your clients have any issues that they can't resolve you can submit a support ticket and let us take care of any issues they may be having.

By default each cPanel account is limited to 100% of 1 CPU core and 2 GB of RAM. We find these limits provide the perfect balance between optimum website performance and server stability. If you do find you need more resources than our shared plans provide then it's likely you would benefit from moving to a VPS or Dedicated Server.

The Web Host Manager control panel is globally the most widely used control panel and pretty much every web host that offers Multi Site and Reseller Hosting is using the same WHM control panel. There is, of course, a reason for this! The control panel provides you with a very easy to use GUI (graphic user interface) and allows you to perform any and every task that's associated with managing a hosting account, be it the initial set up of a hosting account, all the way through to suspending and terminating the account if you have a client that doesn't pay their web hosting bill (if you're using the Muli Site to sell webspace to friends, family and/or clients)!

Yes! Both the WHM control panel and the free domain reseller account have a powerful API that allows all kinds of automation with 3rd party billing / management platforms. The most common of these being WHMCS. We provide clients on the platinum level reseller plan with a Free WHMCS license but clients on lesser plans can still use WHMCS. Using WHMCS along with our domain reseller account and WHM control panel allows you to automate every aspect of your web hosting business including taking orders, issuing invoices, marking invoices as paid/unpaid, registering domains for clients, setting up hosting accounts, suspending or terminating hosting accounts, providing a support desk for your clients and much much more besides.
