We include automated 24/7 offsite monitoring on all of our Dedicated Server plans free of charge. We monitor every aspect of your server including Ping, HTTP, MySQL, Named, Server load and more!

Control Panel

All managed dedicated servers are provisioned with either DirectAdmin or cPanel. Both of these control panels allow you to manage all aspects of your dedicated server via an easy to use GUI, making server and website management a breeze.

Enterprise Hardware & Network

All Dedicated Servers run on server grade hardware with RAID protected disk drives as standard. Our EU datacenter is located in the Iron Mountain data centre in Amsterdam giving you great access to the European market and beyond.

Frequently asked questions

What Operating Systems Can I Choose From?

By default, all of our Managed EU Dedicated Servers are provisioned using the CentOS 7 operating system. You can also choose to run the CloudLinux OS on your server by selecting this addon during the checkout process. If you would like another operating system then please get in touch with us for a custom server quote.

With RAID Protected Drives Do I Still Need Backups?

Yes! We provision all Managed Servers with RAID protected drives but this isn't a substitute for taking backups, as RAID arrays can and do fail. we strongly recommend taking regular offsite backups of all your important data. We provide automated off-site backups for all servers by default or if you'd prefer, we can also attach an additional backup hard drive to your server by request.

Can I Use SATA drives instead of SSD's?

All of our Amsterdam servers come provisioned with solid state drives by default. We find this provides our customers a much better server experience as they don't need to worry about disk IO bottlenecks. If you do require SATA drives instead of SSD's then please get in touch with us and we will see what we can do for you.

Do I Get Root Access To The Server?

Yes! Unlike other managed service providers, we do provide you with full root access to your Dedicated Server (unless you don't want us to!).
